- Researched recipe with number of servings
- Recipe Quantification (for 8 persons)
- Purchase Order per group (w/ receipts) [Budget: P350.00 w/ drinks]

Recipes:
1. Group 1 - Basic Potato Salad
Preboil potatoes at home. Bring them unpeeled and uncut to school.
2. Group 2 - German Potato Salad
Preboil potatoes at home. Bring them unpeeled and uncut to school.
3. Green Salad
Any green salad recipe except Caeser Salad. Used for appetizer, so meat or other ingredients should be small and the dressing should be light.
4. Caesar Salad
Think of a budget friendly Salad. Learn to substitute ingredients.
5. Main Dish Salad
Main Dish Salad is a combination of green salad and a main dish. This is composed of a chunkier meat, fish, seafood or poultry.
6. Macaroni Salad

1. No pre-prepared and bottled dressing.
2. All pre-preparations should be done in school except for the potatoes.
3. Pair your salads with litro pack juices. Experiment and create. No pre-mixed juices like C2 or drinks from the canteen.
4. Bring plastic containers in case there would be extra dishes.
5. Group 1 is the group host, prepare table for Ms. Media & evaluators.
